Tacx utility app

Where can I ask following question about the message in the tacx utility app?

I am trying to calibrate my Genius with this app. It worked before today, but message was.... Too loose.
Now when Iask to calibrate I always get the message... Wait while Genius prepares for calibration.
In the mean time I have severeal tilmes stopped and started the trainer and redone the alignment.

Since last week I am on the latest version of the trainer firmware and also the utility app is up to date since last week.
Several exercises went well since that time.
The reason why I did a new calibration was that I ended an exercise with a flat tire yesterday evening.
I got no cadence at that moment, but I got Power.

Therefor, today I mounted a new tire and started the calibration.

It remains unclear from your words whether you have had successful calibration attempts with the new firmware version and with the new version of the application. Developers often release versions that are not properly tested for all models of trainers. They pay attention primarily to the flagships (Neo).

My suggestions:

1) Check whether the firmware version is displayed correctly in the application (it should consist of two parts, for example 3.1.22/1.1.325).

2) Try the procedure recommended for failing to update the firmware:
•Disable the trainer from the app
•Close all apps on the background
•Reinstall Tacx Utility app
•Take out the powercord for 60 minutes from your device
•Run the firmware update again

3) Try the old versions of the application (for example 1.8.13) if you have an Android device:

In the mean time, I have restarted TTS4. Searched and found the upgraded Genius trainer. Performed a perfect calibration in one go.
Thereafter done a perfect +50km ride. :D
So, I will not try to calibrate again with the Utility app as long as situation remains O.K.
If getting in trouble again, I will start a new post.
