Is there a problem at tacx, unable to use tda . Noticed the downloads getting slower and slower and now unable to use tda at all.

TDA is cloud based, therefore no 'servers' that Tacx directly control/maintain.

There will be a cloud management company with servers, I definitely have a problem here in the uk, so slow last night it timed out!
I’m on the free trial at the moment and I really want it to be reliable as I like the platform

An application that requires a permanent online connection cannot be reliable. In Russia, for example, the Putin regime can at any time block any IP address without warning for an indefinite period.

I don't think you should be posting things like that in public forums. Now we are both probably on the NSA's radar.

Precisely the reason I don't want to use any subscription service. No reliability when dependent on the internet. One of the reasons I bought the Neo was it can be used without power from the mains too. When I want to ride my bike I don't want anyone or anything stopping me damnit.

So how do you run your PC without outside power or are you all solar?

Sounds like you do not do any online banking.
