app stuck in cloud authentication loop

When I enter the app it asks for login information. I enter this, get a 'success' message from the web page, but when the App is re-entered it is stuck in an 'authentcating' loop, and the screen is completely unresponsive. I have left it in this state for tens of minutes without it clearing. I do not have the problem on the web app, the android app or the training app on the same iPad.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no improvement.

Try using it in offline mode for now till an update is published as it's a known cloud issue

Thanks - offline mode works OK, except that in deleting/reinstalling the app I've lost my user profile and all my workouts - whats the envisaged timescale for a fix ?

Both myself and my wife have the same issue on separate iPADs. Contacted TACX who say there is an issue and they are working on it.

FWIW, the TACX training app does not have the same issue, so you can continue with online workouts using that - haven't tried it in anger yet, but looks like it doesn't accept external heart rate sensors

Ignore the bit about heart rate - the option for 'other devices' appears after the app is paired with the trainer

I also have this problem, is there anybody who talked to Tacx about this problem ?
Working on an Ipad Mini 4 with all updates applied.

We're currently working on a fix but it's proving to be quite complicated. I don't really have an ETA at the moment

Man....
Couldnt there have been an email with a notification? Or a pop up when you try to log in?
I havent used my Neo for a while due to the great weather. Lots of rain today. Starting it uo, lots of updates.
No luck with Cycling app, so work offline. After shower and diner still no luck, so decide to reinstall the app. Thought maybe updates didnt get through or something.
Didnt help AND now i have lost all my data, workouts and movies i bought??? Really,?

Please tell me this can be fixed...

Is there any update on when this will be fixed because I have no access to my data at present? I’m using an iPad Pro.

Its not just iOS.
I have a Samsung tablet. Same problem.

Spoke to Tacx support, and they hope to have solved the issue end of this week or early next. Fingers crossed! Would be great to have some sort of update/news via the apps or email.

A solution to this problem would be great, since reinstalling the apps I can not cycle a film.
It's nice weather outside, but for the evening sessions :-(

The update has been sent to Apple. As soon as they allow us to release the new version we will.
