Unable to run videos after reload

I recently had to reload Windows 10 on my laptop. I deactivated Software Trainer 4, then reloaded and reactivated after Windows was recovered. I have downloaded and installed a couple of my purchased videos but when I try to run them I get an error message saying:
"There is no free licence of module ModuleXXXXXX available", where XXXXX is a different number depending on what I try to run. Support suggested I deactivate and reactivate trainer 4 but this did not fix the issue. Virtual trainers run fine. Any suggestions?

My only suggestion is to reinstall TTS4. There is now a single current TTS4 installer file available so you do not have to worry about updates.

Problems with licenses can only be solved by support. I doubt that reinstalling the program here will change anything.
To prevent such incidents, back up this folder, which includes the license file:
C:\ProgramData\Tacx\TrainerSoftware\TTS4

On the top panel: Help => Show license info
What is the status of licenses for your films?

OK. Appears to be good now. First video working OK. TACX support reissued all my licences. Thanks for the feedback and thanks support for the fix.
