tacx Trainer software 3 support

Unfortunetely, we won't follow future Windows versions and updates with updates for the Tacx Trainer software 3. The TTS 3 won't be supported by Windows 10 and updates for Windows 7 and 8. Our apologies for any inconvenience. In case that you encounter license-issues, please contact our Support team.

Tacx will put some fixed on here and reset procedures for Tacx Trainer software 3 in the future

Licence Transfer does not work with my TTS3 Software. Is that due to end of support for TTS3 or other reason? My PC is connected to the internet and during several attempts i get repeatedly the error message "deactiviation not successful".
Anybody has a solution fo that problem?

I beleive the license server is the same for both TTS 3 & TTS 4, so If the application fails to deactivate the license, then the quickest way to resolve the issue would be to email support@tacx.com as they are your only other option to transfer the license.

I've had the "cannot deactivate" issue for about 2 years. I tend to reinstall Windows every year as that speeds my comptuer up. Anyhow, an email to TACX gets my code(s) reset and I'm up and running shortly thereafter.

Is the last version of TTS3 working on latest Windows 10 versions?
I own Tacx VR Fortius with T1942 +TTS3 and haven't been using it for a while, but would like to reactivate again.

It should work, so give it a try. I have used it with W10, including Creators Edition, but not recently. As an earlier post indicates, if this is a new install or a reinstall, you might have to contact Tacx Support (support@tacx.com) to get it authorized.
