Interface not found

Post by kasmith12 » Sat May 21, 2011 5:16 pm

Hi. I've got the fortius software 2.03 which I've been running on a laptop with XP. That laptop is no longer working and I've purchased a new one which has windows 7, 64 bit. The problem is the interface is no longer recognised on the new laptop (yellow light showing). What do I need to do to get it working please?

The older Fortius VR software is not 64-bit compatible. You either have to install a 32-bit operating system or purchase TTS3.

I am assuming that you have a Fortius interface (solid blue or white or blue ring). Older Imagic interfaces (solid green) are not 64-bit compatible.

hmm - it looks like I might have an old interface then - it's white with a lime green ring.

No, that is a newer Imagic interface and should work fine with a 64-bit operating system. It is the solid lime green one (T1902) that only works on 32-bit. Of course, you still need TTS3 to work with 64-bit.
