Flux 2 - Resistance issues

Post by cufk » Sun Jan 20, 2019 9:01 pm

Hi,

I recently got the new Flux 2 trainer from Tacx. From dat one I’ve had issues with the resistance. I would describe it like the trainer suddenly locks up and the resistance gets really heavy and if I stop pedalling it goes back to normal for a while.

Anyone else that has experienced this?!

I did update the firmware and re-callibrated the trainer and I think things just got worse... 😔

I have. At the moment I'm not sure whether they understand the issue or not... So I thought that I would check if anyone else had experienced the same issue.

Good. Let us know what they have to say.

I just got the answer from the Tacx support. The suspect that the issue is due to a hardware issue and will send me a new trainer.

Great and fast support from the Tacx Team! :D
