Sram Force 22 on a Neo T2800

Post by cattytown » Sat May 05, 2018 6:08 pm

Hi, I have just bought a Neo, and am struggling with the cassette. The cassette is a PG1170, I have not put a spacer in, but it is loose.

It feels like the 11 sprocket isn't going on as far as it should.

Has anyone else had this issue? Am I just being a wuss when it comes to trying to get that last sprocket on?

Thanks,
Paul.

May not help, but you could take a look at Tacx's Cassette installation and compatibility support article. What is the manufacturing year of your Neo as Tacx recently changed from an Edco MultiSys freehub that to two separate freehubs for Shimano/SRAM and Campganolo. If you have the Edco MultiSys, then you need to assure the SRAM cassette cog splines are aligned with the Shimano markings:

Intel Core i7-4710HQ 2.40 GHz | 16 Gb DDR3 1600 MHz
GeForce GTX 870M | 256 GB SSD x 2 RAID 0 + 1 TB HDD
Samsung 32" LED TV
