The error message "under voltage" is displayed?

Post by Tacx Video Production » Tue Aug 18, 2009 12:42 pm

If you see this message it simply means there is not enough voltage being generated for the break to work & communicate with the display. This message will go as soon as you ride faster.

We now have a update for the Bushido firmware that will keep you going at slow speeds on steep hills. To upgrade follow the instructions below on how to install your firmware & remember to rescan for your Bushido with your display after the firmware is installed.

"It is crucial that the Bushido computer's firmware & that of the break unit is updated at the time of the first connection so that it will be suitable for communication with the PC. At the time a connection is established, the DOWNLOAD button will appear under CONNECTED DEVICES in the Tacx Trainer software's INTRO screen. Push this button and follow the program's instructions in order to execute the firmware update before you continue your training.

As of firmware 0.5.001 the Bushido computer will work with the software directly.

you will be required to actually generate some power for the break by riding during the install process. After you have finished open the display of the Bushido go to the settings & scan again for the break so it knows that the break unit has new firmware.
