signing up on site and bikenet

Post by topgun » Sun Nov 01, 2015 2:32 am

I am brand new and trying to register for bikenet. The website shows no place to register, just sign in. The bikenet rides in the gps area says your user account needs to be registered on bikenet to use. help would be appreciated!

Become a member of the BikeNet, you can use the TTS program: in the "Setup" menu to select "User profile" and tick in the corresponding box.

Seems Bikenet is not working.... No files are being uploaded after finishing a RLV.

Same here, dropped email to support.

They were migrating the database but now uploaded rides don't show. I think they are still stored (can't upload again), just not properly shown in the website UI

Maybe filter issue

MY TTS 4 just keeps saying Bikenet can not connect. However, Im logged in online to it via the web site and have triple checked all my passwords. I have me email and password in TTS and the box is checked for Bikenet. Any thoughts on a solution. I have found this software is rather irritating sometimes.

The inability to connect with Bikenet is a frequent phenomenon. Solution - just wait.

Thanks for the heads up. Not excited that this is common, but glad it is not on my end. I did have to update TTS this morning when I opened the software, so maybe the system was down last night and that caused it. Who knows. Take it easy.

Wow, just saw that my post on Bikenet is almost one year old. Seems nothing has changed... did Sa Calobra today - it jumps to the top of the list in Bikenet - where it shows 27 opponents. I click on the name, I go to the details - it lists just 11 opponents. And not me... Uploaded results again by hand - told me it was succesfull - now there are 28 opponents - still, only 11 are listed, and still not me...
I'll be back in a year and see if anything is done.
