Tacx Torque Wrench T4840

Post by BobBreton » Mon Mar 04, 2013 9:25 pm

Hi everyone,

Does anyone in this forums owns the Tacx Torque Wrench T4840?

I would like to know what was your experience with this tool. I need to buy a torque wrench and I'm hesitating between the Tacx model and X-tools or Ice Toolz models.

Regards,

Bob

My LBL has the Tacx and Ice Toolz wrenches, they prefer the grip on the Tacx one. Though it was double the price, they have a few Tacx bits and pieces but do not stock the items alas (as I get a discount). I have the Park Tools one, it's okay but I don't like the grip and the build quality is poor, it sounds like it has loose parts inside - but does the job.
