Installing T2058.14 and T2058.41 Problem

Post by Mighty Malc » Fri May 19, 2017 1:30 pm

I have successfully installed the TacxVdeo Player 1.0 with demo of Bergen Voss.
I have bought/downloaded and successfully installed:
T1956.78 Giro d'Italia 2013 Tre Cime di Lavaredo
T2055.84 Sella Ronda 1
T2055.85 Sella Ronda 2
T2055.18 Gotthard Pass
T2055.19 Furka Pass
T2055.70 colle delle Finestre.

I have just bought and downloaded
T2058.14 Madonna del Ghisallo
T2058.41 Col des Champs
Both of these appear to install OK, with entries in the InstalledVideos xml file.
But neither appear in the list of courses when the Video Player starts up.
How can this be rectified?

Before buying RLV, pay attention to the words in the left column of the corresponding page:
Road surface simulation: Yes
and to this icon:

This label and this icon mean that the playback of this RLV is guaranteed only in the TTS version 4.20 or higher.

The situation can be remedied by software developers.

In your particular case, I recommend contacting support@tacx.com with a description of the problem. Maybe you will be allowed to exchange these two videos for others.

I assumed that you needed TTS4 rather than TTS3 if you wanted advanced features like road simulation to be implemented. Not that it would be completely unusable in TTS3 and the stand-alone Tacx Video Player.

I will contact support like you suggested, there are a couple of other videos I wanted that hopefully they will swap for.

Thanks for the information - I will remember that in future!
