Problems with Streetview on GPS-rides since 15th February

Hi!
Until yesterday (14th February) all worked well with GPS rides and Streetview.
Since today (15th) - out of the blue - Streetview-pics are loaded very slowly with a black frame when pictures are changing, and after a view minutes TTs4 crashes.
I'm wondering if this is a common problem caused by the handshaking with Google-Streetview or if it's a problem with my laptop (Win8).
(My internet is ok - 40 Mbps)
Enybody else?

Is there anything in the logfile? CAuse we didn't change anything server side :)

The fastest access to this folder: copy here the path to it and paste it in the address bar of Explorer or browser.
Use the tag "Code" to publish the log.

It just says that the image does not have time to load.

Perhaps the cache has reached size limit. The cache is somewhere in here:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEarth
It would be nice at the same time to clean the whole system:

Yes, the free version is enough. When installing be careful: remove all daws, not to install unnecessary software.

I found a folder:
/user/appdata/LocalLow/Google/GoogleEarth/unified_cache_leveldb_leveldb2.0
with many *.sst files in it (2.074.000.000 bytes in sum)
(But they all have a date - same date - from 2015!)
What shall I do with this files?

Ok, did it - but to no avail.

What do you think about uninstall Google Earth Plugin and reinstall.
(But, by the way - I did not found a download for this Plugin directly from a Google site)

Maybe it will help if I install Google Earth desktop version on my laptop. I dont have it yet installed...

I don't know, maybe that will help a full reinstall of everything connected with the TTS4.

I have received a response from the Help Desk which states

This problem could be related to cache memory
Can you please do the following

Close the software
Start the Tacx Support Tool
Then select RESET GOOGLE CACHE
then try again (close support tool, start the Tacx Trainer software)

If that does not work run the Support Tool
USe REPORT PROBLEM TAB and fill in the data
Tacx will receive log files so we can anayze this


I'll try it when I get home this evening

Sent a mail to Tacx support, before seeing this.

There is a .net framework error generated in the Windows 'application' event log. Nothing in the Tacx logs at all. So it looks as if perhaps the latest Windows update may have changed something. If I've selected the three view screen, it crashes the application completely...

I wasn't sure it was me, since I'd had major problems re-licensing the Google.
Tried to re-license on the 21st Jan, and it took over two weeks before eventually Tacx got this to license correctly. Unfortunately it shows the date when I first tried to license, so I have lost two weeks of my license. Then didn't use it for a couple of days, and when I did started having this problem..

As an interesting 'aside', has anyone else tried the new Google Earth release?. That Google have released a new version of 'Earth', suggests they may be having second thoughts about this. Perhaps Tacx ought to talk to them about whether we could have Google Earth back again (to the poster above, talking about the GE plug-in, the Tacx application has not used GE for quite a while, since Google insisted they were shutting this down, and instead required Tacx to shift to using the Google Maps API). The new Earth, allows you to use the cursor keys and drive 'along' roads, and includes a 3D visualisation as well. The StreetView along roads, gives a much smoother behaviour than maps manages.

I had already used the Tacx tool to clear the cache.
