VR stops abruptly after about 5km riding

All VR worlds stop abruptly with a black screen after about 5km. The log file shows:

How about a little more infomation. What are your PC specs, what Tacx hardware do you have, and what version of the software are you running?

You are right. It was a hasty post - my apologies. But the problem has resolved itself.
My set up is:
Tacx Fortius Multiplayer
Running: TTS 4.1
PC:Acer E380 (Model ASE380-ED423A) with 4GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, processor: 4200_ AMD Athlon 64x2
Windows Vista.
Nvidia GeForce 8800GT - 512MB.

The point at which the software halted was at "3" in the countdown sequence. However the problem has resolved itself and I have a feeling something wasn't quite initialised after the install. After upgrading to TTS 4.1 and restarting twice all seems to be ok.

Glad it appears to be working. I am assuming you have 64-bit Vista. If I were you, I would upgrade system RAM to 8GB for TTS4. Memory is inexpensive these days. I would say that your PC could be on the margin for running TTS4 well, but the memory upgrade is likely to help. Here are the recommended PC specs for TTS4:

Processor: Quad Core 2,5 Ghz or I5 / I7 processor
Graphics: ATI or Nvidia discrete 1 GB video card (latest GPU)
Memory : 8 Gb
OS: Vista and W7 (no xp)
64 Bit system
