shifting during power/watt workouts

Post by Timtsh » Tue Nov 07, 2017 5:50 pm

Hello,

I've just started with a vortex, so I'm pretty new with this.

Should I use one gear or can I shift during power training?

Best regards,

Tim

hi Martin,

I know that I can shift, but should I.

Does it affect the resistance or not? or does the tacx adapt to that itself?

Resistance is not determined by the gear you are in.
