Satori T2400 Calibration issue - power way too hugh

Post by bikergroves » Fri Jan 15, 2016 1:14 pm

I have recently purchased a new Tacx Sator 2400 from Evans Cycles, in the UK.

The hardware ( the actual turbo) is pretty good however its seriously let down by the app and connectivity ( or lack of) with the PC.

I am trying to calibrate the device however its power reading is far too high on the app and my Garmin 800.

Simply put, when I try to calibrate it I follow all the instructions, put the handlebar tension at 1 and cycle to 40kph.

Unfortunately, its telling me the tension is TOO LOOSE however I have tightened it as hard as possible and I can see the magnetic roller is pushed will into the Tyre.

Any suggestions?

I have the same issue.

I have tightend the tightener so hard that the screw felt out of the thread. So its not possible to get the tire closer to the magnetic roller??
