Tacx Antares - resistance too high

Post by mgawin » Fri Oct 09, 2015 11:48 am

I have bought recently new Tacx Anteres roller. I assembled this following manual. However, during my first attempt with my bike (Trek 7.6, 700x25c tyre)I noticed that the resistance is very high. I can hardly get the bike to speed and when I stop pedalling the wheels stop immediately, there is no inertia. It is not possible to ride that way. What could be the reason for that? What should I check?
Thanks for any help.
