Recovering 'lost' rides

Post by biggsy » Sun Nov 19, 2017 7:44 pm

Hi,

I was having problems connecting to BikeNet on TTS4 (latest version). I used the Tacx Utility to clear the TTS cache and reset my profile.

All is well with BikeNet now ( :) ) but there's nothing showing up in the 'Last 50 trainings' view.

As far as I can tell all the files are present in C:\ProgramData\Tacx\TrainerSoftware\TTS4\Trainings\<item>\Runs but they aren't showing on screen.

Is there any way to get them back?

Cheers.

PS. Just got a Neo, and am loving the realistic road feel :D

In the right column "Filter" check "All Users".

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion but it's made no difference. The 'all users' option is checked and I've fiddled with the date filters but only the two rides I did yesterday are showing.

Bit stuck with what to do next. Have tried restoring from a backup but that didn't work either.

Anything else that I could try?

Are these rides visible in the section Extra => Analyser?
Are these rides visible when choosing opponents?

Hi Alex,

Yes to the first, and it looks like it for the second. Looks like resetting the cache and/or my user profile has messed something up somewhere :-(
