Interval Spinning Training Import

Post by Buck66 » Tue Apr 04, 2017 9:46 am

Hello everyone,
I am new to Tacx. Just got a Neo Smart.
When looking at the import functions TTS4, I am assuming that there must be interval spinning trainings out there that I can simply import.
The idea is to a cadence of x for a period of length t1 and a slower cadence of y for t2.
I am aware that I can time this manually, just thought that`s where software would be able to support easily.

Maybe I got something wrong.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Buck

While a specific cadence is often specified as part of a route segment in a training, the Neo controls resistance, training programs will be setup based on things like slope/time, slope/distance, watt/time, watt/distance, and relative power workouts. With Real Life Video, you can add info boxes that have training hints and such, but not sure if that is true of workouts or VR based trainings.
