Re: Problem using Multiplayer with TT3.12

I also just got the same results. In problem solving this may not be the answer we want but that we have consistent test results is useful. I'm glad they are working on it. A customer and good friend once told me when my company was really struggling with a difficult product development problem, "te...

Re: Fortius Imagic Powerback replacement unit

I'm interested as well. I struggled with uneven brake pressure and hiccups until now it failed completely. I did find a loose cable connector that may have been the hiccup problem but not the direct cause of this failure. I don't see any burned cables others have noticed. A loaner power back works f...

Of course we would like to know when or if we should upgrade to version 4 to solve this problem.

Re: Problem using Multiplayer with TT3.12

Should have been fixed according to tacx message. I wonder when it will happen :( . I've the same problem (in a similar post, sorry!) and been recently contacted a few times by Tacx Support. I'll keep checking router port and security software settings and am confident Tacx Support and/or this foru...

TTs 3.12

I did relay this to Tacx support as malfukt suggested. I also see (after this posting) a similar problem "Problem using Multiplayer with TT3.12" was posted in November 24th.

Being a true believer, I wonder if TTS 4.3 has this problem? I understand it is compatible with 3.12

Multiplayer works in RLV but won't start VR ride

I can host or join a Google Earth ride.
I ride VR solo and against virtual riders from my history but I can't multiplayer a VR ride. It counts down to 1 then nothing. On board Intel HD Graphics 32 bit and my security software firewall is set to allow Tacx.
Anyone else see something like this?

Comcast

Well, we finally made progress. We've been enjoying riding seperately and the rare opportunity riding together on a Tacx host. Like all Tacx riders, if it weren't so good, we'd not pursue all this. It turns out one of my two fellow Tacx riders had added a wireless router to his first router which ma...

Comcast blocking hosting or is it me?

Steve, Thank you for your suggestions. I've assigned the ports but can't say I forwarded them to my friend nor would my friend would know what to do with them. We have tried to host and seen the other on Tacx as a server to join, just not consummated. Maybe I can capture a screen shot or two to illu...

Comcast related problems

My friend and I are huge fans and love joining Tacx hosted rides. Neither of us can host a ride! My firewall is via Norton 360. Following instructions as best I can, my router (Apple Airport Extreme) doesn't match instructions precisely. Now I understand my IP provider (Comcast) may block residentia...

wicked cool

My riding buddy and I finally met on Mt Ventoux and had a great ride. We live 200m apart, connected via Tacx mothership server and rode in France, chatting on the phone the whole time. Yesterday Tacx wizards sent me a "try now" message and wow! TTS2 worked great! We've only to master router speak an...

For those of you who have been successful with setting up a server, how did you do it? I have been able to race with people on a TACX scheduled race, but unable to setup a server or join another person's server (cannot see it in the list). I have added the Fortius to my firewall and router accordin...

Bikejag, Sorry to suggest a transcontinental phone call but I’d call and speak to Oschner, rather than wait for an email response. Forums and email is great but a human voice is more personal and…..human. BTW, QBP followed up again all on their own, to say they’ve been directly in touch with my loca...

Bikejag, I was just contacted by QBP re-confirming I am on their remaining list and the contact information for my local bike shop. I alerted my LBS to be on the look out. My impression is both Tacx and the distributors seem to be stepping through an awkward, not completely refined process. Hang in ...

110 VAC Ventoux

As a US 60 Hertz-er, I called Oschner and QBP. Both were polite and professional. It does seem they are struggling with the project a bit. QBP called me back the same day to confirm my being on the list, waiting to be served. I emailed Tacx support and got prompt attention. Out of the tree line on V...

I don't know all their constraints but believe the folks at Tacx are doing the best they can. Facilitating this forum is very helpful with loud applause to all you contributors (take a bow). When I have communicated directly I get courteous response from people clearly trying to do their best. From m...

haven't heard re 110vac motor warranty

I spoke to both US distributors and got a prompt call back from Quality Bicycle Products. They will contact my LBS about my motor upgrade as soon as they get the replacement. Both distributors were responsive and polite. My LBS bought my unit from Oschner but I am on the QBP list.

If anyone deals with Oschner make 100% sure they have your address correct. I was wondering why it was taking mine so long so I called them up and got the UPS tracking #. There was a not on the UPS tracking info that said it needed the correct address. I called UPS and I live on BLARNEY LANE and th...

not too late

Coltojn330,
Thanks. Happily I have the same experience. I received an email from the mother ship attached form and responded (at 26mph). I am not clear on how, who or when but have a handle on what and why.
Met vriendelijke groet,
SP
